About us

Built around one word: comfort.

Santhwanam (സാന്ത്വനം) means comfort and solace — and it has guided how this centre cares for Pullur's families from the start.

Santhwanam Medicity grew out of a simple idea: a family shouldn't have to travel town to town for everyday healthcare. Consultation in one place, the lab in another, the pharmacy somewhere else — it costs time, money and worry, especially for older parents and young children.

So we brought it together. Opened in February 2024 in Parapally, Ambalathara, Santhwanam Medicity gathers medical consultation, an in-house pharmacy, a laboratory, dental care and X-ray imaging in one place — a complete, everyday health centre for all ages, not a single-doctor clinic.

Rooted in the neighbourhood

We're a familiar part of Pullur and Ambalathara, and we intend to stay that way. The trust of our neighbours is the only reputation that matters here — it's why people send their parents and their children to us, and why they come back.

That care reaches beyond our doors, too: from community gatherings to a roadside bus-stop shelter we built for everyday travellers, we try to give a little comfort back to the place that made us.

To confirm with the client: the doctors and people behind the centre, and the finer details of the community work shown below. Opening date (February 2024) and the sponsorships pictured are taken from the centre's own photos; everything else is kept general until verified.

In the community

Comfort that reaches beyond our doors

Being community-rooted isn't a slogan here — it shows up in the small, practical things we do for Pullur and Ambalathara.

A shelter for everyday travellers

Gatherings that bring people together

We host and take part in local gatherings — because a health centre should be part of the community's life, not apart from it.
